The Kingfisher golf course has been carefully designed to provide golfers with a wealth of challenges that will amalgamate into one thrilling and memorable experience. The beautiful par 70 golf course is in great condition at all times of the year with lush fairways and that provide a superb playing surface.
Much like the Waterfall golf course, the panoramic views over the Sussex Downs compliment a fantastic game of golf to top off a great golf break. Furthermore, an on-course refreshment buggy, which is in fact the original European team Buggy from the Ryder Cup that never was in 2001, will ensure that you are perfectly quenched to keep you on top form throughout your game.

The Waterfall golf course is the original golf course at Mannings Heath and is guaranteed to capture your interest throughout the entire game. It measures at 6,683 yards from the tips and winds through acres of undulating parkland which acts as natural challenges throughout the course. This golf course puts your skills to the ultimate test with several holes sharing the need for supreme accuracy in order to master the dramatic shots that await you.
This par 72 course is overlooked at the first tee by the stunning 17th century Clubhouse which is the perfect place to unwind after hours of challenging golf and you can share your experiences with your fellow golfers as you take in the spectacular views of the Sussex Downs.
